WE DO NOT EXCHANGE/ REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND.

ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS,IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED AND WITH THEIR TAGS STILL ATTACHED.

WE WILL ONLY COVER POSTAGE FOR FAULTY ITEMS UP TO $25.00. POSTAGE FOR RETURNING INCORRECT SIZED GARMENTS WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE RETURN AND IT IS APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE CREDITED BACK AND PROCESSED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL OR CONTACT NUMBER. 

PLEASE NOTE: DIFFERING BANKING AND/OR CREDIT CARDS MAY TAKE LONGER TO PROCESS THAN OTHERS. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DUTIES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BY AKAZI, HOWEVER IF YOU PAID IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES ON AN ITEM THAT YOU HAVE RETURNED AND WOULD LIKE A CREDIT INVOICE TO PROVIDE TO YOUR CUSTOMS OFFICE PLEASE EMAIL AKAZI.
